Exeter Homes are built to completion and ready to live in. There are a few finishing touches that you will need to organise such as heating, curtains/drapes, baseboards and decking.
*The prices listed above are based on our standard specifications and are pending a site inspection. Our standard transportable home plans are built for a very high wind zone and include standard timber pile foundations; anything outside these specifications will be priced accordingly.
